     Mortgaged the 8 May 1807 by Silas Davis of the town of Galiten, Columbia County, New York
unto Joseph Bryan, of Saratoga, Saratoga, New York and unto his heirs and assigns forever.
All that certain tract of parcle of land situated lying and being in the county of Saratoga 
afore said and being lott #2 in the subdivision of the lot distinguished by the letter A of the partition 
of lot #5 of the 15 general alotment of the patent of Kayaderosseras and is bounded as follows.
Beginning at the middle of the channel of Kayaderosseras Creek being the South West 
corner of lot #3 of the said subdivision thense along the channel of the creek on the south bounds 
thereof East 16 chains and 33 links to the South East corner in the channel of the aforesaid Creek in 
the West boundof the lot distinguished by the letter B, thence along the same North 32 chains and 
33 links, to a stake and heap of stones starting in the East bounds of lot VI of the general partition 
of the allotment, thence along the same South 32 chains and twenty nine links to the place of 
beginning.  Containing 45 1/3 Acres.
