     William Davis of Saratoga town motgaged to John Davis of Saratoga town for $850.00 
land in Saratoga Co on the West side of the Hudson River of the Saratoga Patent beginning at the 
South East corner of Lot #16.
     Including part of the meadows and upland released by James Yornor to Abel Belknap on the 
bank of the Hudson River on the South Side on the South side of a small brook which runs into the 
river North 75 degrees, West 305 rods to a stake, South 28 degrees, West 50 rods, South 60 
degrees East 44 rods to a small berch tree, South 64 degrees East to James Vernors South line 200 
Rods to a Stake
     Released by Belknap to James Vernot containing 1151/2 Acres of land.
