I am Abstract of a mortgage 8 Nov 1817 from William Davis of Saratoga, Saratoga Co of the first 
part to John Davis of Saratoga, for $850 land being in Saratoga Co. on the west side of the Hudson 
River in the patent of Saratoga released by James Yanor to Abee Balkey Begining on the S.E. 
Corner of Lot # 16 on the bank of the Hudson River on the South Side of Small brook  115 Acres 
East on James Vernons property.
