  12 Jan 1837, John D Bull & Christina his wife of Stillwater, Saratoga Co. and William Davis of 
Stillwater for the sum of $10. the east shore of Saratoga lake in the town of Saratoga at the N. W. 
corner of James Green lot bought by Daniel Lewis containing 20 Acres in prescence of John R. 
Mott
