the heirs of Philip Llivingston, deceased, being part of lot #2 containing 53 Acres of land.

Alfred Hollister, Glenford Sherwood, Nathaniel Jennings, Reuben Hollister, Eliza Tyssel & John
R. Roe all of the town of Ballston & Nicholas Stevens, Alexander Stevens, & Isaac Lewis,  all
of the town of Glenville, Schenecetady, NY for the sum of $48.50, Land in Ballston on the east
side of the highway leading from Ballston to Schenectady. On the North by the Babtist Meeting
House & burying grounds.

William Davis & Eunice, his wife of New York City,  sold to Samuel B. Edwards of Glenville,
Schenectady, NY for the sum of $210.00.  Land in Glenville, beginning in the center of the
highway containing 7 Acres of land. Witness: Robert W. Anders (commissioner of deeds), Darwin
E. Crosby of New York City.
