North by lands in possession of Jones Wilber on the East, South by lands formally owned and possessed by William Davis, West by lands possessed by Leonard Hodgman containing 35 Acres. All but a lot of 17 Acres 2 rods conveyed by the party of the second part & wife to Merit Green by deed bearing date 27 Dec 1845. Beginning in the center of the road or lane on the north side of the said lot & running North 70 degrees 45 west 10 chains 40 links, South 19 degrees West 13 Chains & 63 links, south 77 degrees, East 10 Chains & 70 links, North 18 degrees, East 12 Chains & 32 links to the place of beginning containing 17 Acres 2 rods. The second piece of parcel of land by lands on the north by Jones Wilbur and East and South by lands in possession of Leonard Hodgman, West by lands in possession of Wm. Seggett 45 Acres The third parcel of land is in Stillwater and is a part of lot 16 in the Saratoga Patent.
