formerly owned by ___________ Samuel Knights and now owned by the party of the 
second part herein mentioned from the NE corner of the said Knights farm 
thence sought 22 degrees west fifty five chains and thirty two links thence 
south 67 ╛ degrees East twenty chains and 65  links along the North 
bounds of the Late Davis Newlin's farrm and Charles Neilson's farm to land of 
Edward Hewitt thence N 22 ╝ east fifty chains and 50 links along the 
west bounds of said Hewitt and Cheever farm to lands of Ebenezer Leggett 
thence North 67 degrees West 5 chains and 83 Links thence North 72 degrees
