Witnesseth that is said party of the first part for an in consideration of some of $3,340.82 lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and a delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said Party of the second part his heirs executors and administrators forever released and discharge from the same by these presents hath granted bargain sold aleined revised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alein remise release convey and confirm and to the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all piece of land all at piece or parcel of land situated in Town of Stillwater and known by the name of Lott No One or the Mc Bride farm Beginning at the South east corner of lott number of three in the Subdivision of Great Lott # 17 in the grand division of the Saratoga Patent running thence Westerly along the South line or bounds thereof 22 chains and 80 links thence northerly parallel with the line or bound of the said Lott No. three about 44 chains and 80 links to the North lie of bounds of the said Lott No Three of the subdivision of the Great Lott No 17 aforesaid. Then along the same Easterly to the northeast corner thereof and along the East end of the same Southerly to place of the beginning containing ninety-seven (97.5) acres and a half of land or there abouts. Also another piece of land beginning at the Southwest corner of the farm or Lott of Land leased to Benjamin Munger and running thence along the west line or bounds thereof north fifteen degrees East 41 chains and 40 links to the north line or Bounds of the before mentioned and subdivided Lott No. Three then along the North line or boundary thereof westerly 13 and 79 linds to the Northwest corner of the said first before mentioned Lott No Three then along the west line or bounds thereof South fifteen Degrees West 40 chains and 80 links to its southwest Corner and then along the South line or bounds of said Lot No three Easterly 13 Chians and Seventy nine links to the place of beginning.
