Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the seven of this thousand eight hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt of whereof is hereby accepted and acknowledged have granted aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents is grant alein revive release enfeoff and confirm unto said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever. All the farm piece or parcel of land lying and being in the said Town of Stillwater and being part of lot number fifteen of the Saratoga Patent and Bounded as follows on the north by land of Isaac Freeman, Robert and James Walker and Ebenezer Leggett, on the East by land of Samuel Cheevor and the heirs of Samuel Hewitt, dec. and on the south by lands of Charles Neilson and David Newland and on the west by land of the widow and heirs of Aaron knights, dec. Containing one hundred Acres of land more or less and known as the north farm of the late John Neilson, dec. Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversion remainder and issues and profits thereof, and all estate right title and interest dower and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part either in law or equity of in and to the above granted premises with the said hereditaments and appurtenances. To have and to hold the above mentioned and described premises with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. And the said parts of the first part for themselves their heirs executors and administrators do covenant grant bargain promise and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to warrant and forever to defend the above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof now being in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part against the said parties f the first part their heirs executors administrators and assigns against all and every other person or persons claiming or to claim the premises or any part thereof In Witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written. Daniel Roat State of New York, Saratoga County On this eithteenth day of December 1849 before me the subscribed appeared Charles Neilson and Elisabeth his wife and acknowledged that they had __________ executed the within insturment and the said Elisabeth on a private examination apart from her husband acknowledged that she executed the within instrument freely and without any fear or compulsion of her husband. And further certify that I know the persons who made the said acknowledgments to be the individuals described in and who executed the within instrument.
