De Rider to James Wicking 1834 Saratoga County Deed Book Page 142 Great Lott 15 This Indenture made the twenty third day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four (1834) Between Garrit J Van Schaick and Jacob V G De Ridder of The Town of Easton County of Washington and State of New York of the first part and James Wicking of the Town of Stillwater County of Saratoga and state aforesaid of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part on or before the ensealing and deliver of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged have granted bargained sold remised released aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell remise release alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said part of the second part to his heirs and asigns forever All that certain piece of parcel of land situate lying and being in the Saratoga Patent being part of great lot No fifteen on the west side of Hudson's River and known as Lot No 3 in Lot No fifteen which was assigned to Gerie Van Schaick in the division of the estate of Killian De Ridder and bounded on the south and west by lands in possession of the heirs of John Neilson deceased and on the north by the north line of lot no fifteen and on the East by lands in possession of Albert Rudd and Samuel Hewit Containing by estimation fourteen (14) acres of land be the same more or less Together with and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest and property claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part either in law or equity and to the above bargained premises with the said hereditaments and appurtenances To Have and to Hold the said premises with every the appurtenances to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns the sole and only proper use benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns for ever and the said parties of the first part for their heirs executors and administrators do hereby grant bargain promise and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns the said parties of the first part and their heirs and assigns the above bargained premises and every part parcel thereof with the appurtenances and the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns all persons legally claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof in the quiet and peaceably of the said party of second part his heirs and assigns shell and will forever Warrant and defend.
