Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in consideration of the same of one thousand four hundred and eleven dollars to them in hand paid by the parties of the second part the receipt of which is here by confessed and acknowledged. All that certain lot piece or parcel of land situate Lying and being in the said town of Stillwater and being part of Lot number 16 of the Saratoga Patent. Beginning and bounded as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said lot and at the northeast corner of the farm now occupied by the said Ebinezer Leggett and running thence north Seventy-eight degrees West eight chains and three Links to a stake and stone thence south _____ degrees and 15 minutes west 41 chains and thirteen Links to a stake and stones in the north bounds of land lately occupied by Henry Neilson thence south seventy-five degrees East Eight chains and three links to a stake and stones in the southwest corner of the said Ebinezer Leggett from thence North _____ degrees and fifteen minutes East forty-one chains and fifty two links to the place of the beginning Containing thirty three acres and one fifth acre.
