Application For A Pension From The United States Army, 1885.Department Of The Interior, Bureau Of Pensions, Washington, D. C., January 15, 1896.
Since leaving the service in 1862 Samuel Hogle (1821-1901) has resided in the 
town of Poestenkills, Rensselaer County; Clifton Park, Saratoga County; and 
Syracuse, Onondaga County. He was dropped from the rolls in 1901 due to death.
