I, Wilhelmeine Diedrich of the town and village of Corinth Saratoga County,
New York being of sound mind and memory do make, ordain, publish and declare
this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say:

First - After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged I give, devise and
bequeath unto my beloved husband William Diedrich of Corinth, Saratoga County,
N.Y., all my property both real and personal of every name and nature and
wheresoever situated as the cause may be, of which I may die seized or
possessed, to be his absolutely and in his own right - hereby giving him full
power to make, execute deeds of conveyance of the same of any part thereof and
to execute, acknowledge and deliver the same as fully as I might or could do
if living -

Second - It is my request and desire that out of the property above given by
me to my said husband - that he pay to my niece Anna Diedrich, daughter of
August Diedrich of Corinth N.Y., the sum of ($500) five hundred dollars, to be
hers absolutely.

Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my said husband William Diedrich to
be executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former
Wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
the 23rd day of August, in the year 1892 - the word "Diedrich" on first page -
Wilhelmeine Diedrich  L.S. underlined before execution.

The above instrument, consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof,
subscribed by Wilhelmeine Diedrich in the presence of and each of us .  She at
the time of making such subscription, acknowledged that she made the same, and
declared the said instrument so subscribed by her to be her last Will and
Testament.  

Wherefore we then and there, at her request and in her presence and the
presence of each other, subscribed our names and witnesses thereto-
Theodore Elixman  residing at Corinth - N.Y.-
William Bartow  residing at Corinth - N.Y.- Saratoga County
T. Elias H. Peters, Surrogate of said County do hereby certify the foregoing
to be a correct record of the last will an Testament of Wilhelmeine Diedrich
aforesaid, deceased relating to both real and personal estate:  Together with
the proof thereof - Recorded November 9th 1892.
