Weatherwax of the town of Saratoga Springs in the county of Saratoga and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory , do make , publish and declare this my last WILL AND TESTAMENT in manner following, that is to say: FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid SECOND.- I give and devise all my Real Estate and personal property goods & chattels of what nature of kind soever to my wife Zelia A. Weatherwax to be used and enjoyed by her during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease should there be anything remaining I give and bequeath the same to my three children George N. Weatherwax, William Harrison Weatherwax and Fanny Weatherwax Maynard to be divided equally between them share and share alike. LASTLY I hereby appoint my wife, Zelia A. Weatherwax executrix of this my last Will and Testament. Hereby revoking all former Will by me made.
