Rev. Marion Pennings will officiate. Burial will be in Fishers cemetery, Rotterdam. Crawley's son, William J. Crawley of the same address, called Rotterdam Police after his father collapsed. Dr. A. P. Squire, health officer for the towns of Princetown and Rotterdam pronounced the man dead when he reached the residence. Ptl. Michael Masterpole investigated for the Rotterdam police and Sgt. H. A. Scoville responded for the state police. Mr. Crawley, a retired General Electric Co., machinist was born in Ireland June 1, 1874 he came to this country in 1909. He was a member of New Hope lodge, IOOF of Schenectady. His wife was the late Mrs. Sarah Jane Davis Crawley. Surviving are two other sons, George Crawley Jr. of Schenectady and Thomas Crawley of Corinth, three sisters in Ireland; three grandchildren, and two nieces.
