Mead of the town of Glenville, Schenectady County, State of New York do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament as follows: First – I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Hattie wife of William Barrett my house and lot situated in Glenville, Schenectady Co., NY to enjoy her natural lifetime and at her death to be equally divided between her children share and share alike. Second – I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Eva Barrett wife of Richard Barrett one old fashioned parlor stove. Third - I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Libbie Bierce wife of Arthur one bookcase, one large rocking chair, one lot in cemetery at Glenville, NY. Fourth – After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Eva Barrett wife of Richard Barrett and Libbie Bierce wife of Arthur Bierce the balance of my personal property to be divided between them share and share alike. Fifth – I hereby nominate and appoint my daughters Eva Barrett and Libbie Bierce the executors of this my Last Will and Testament and hereby authorize and empower them the said Eva Barrett and Libbie Bierce to compound, compromise and settle any claims or demands which may be against or in favor of my said estate. In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23rd day of November 1900. Maria L.
