Calkins of the Town of Glenville in the County of Schenectady do make and publish this as my Last Will and Testament. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Aurelia and to my son William Harrison all my Estate real and personal of which I may die sized or possessed subject to the legal rights of my wife (Thereto?) and subject also to the payment of one-hundred dollars to each of my daughters Rebecca wife of Willett Fonda and Sarah wife of Samuel B. Aikins. I hereby constitute and appoint my sons Orville A. Calkins and William Harrison Calkins and my son-in-law Willett Fonda the executors of this my Last Will and Testament thereby revoking all former wills made by me. An un-named minor was involved in the settlement of the estate. Judge Samuel Jones appointed Theodore B. Marsh as a special guardian to take care of the interests of the minor (Probate record).
