I, Catherine Ann Van Ingen of Schenectady, New York, being ill in body but of sound mind and recollection, do hereby make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made, to wit: I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved sister, Sarah Amelia Van Ingen the use during her material life of all my real and personal estate and after her death, I give, devise and bequeath the said real and personal estate unto my brother Abraham Van Ingen, Jr. to have and to hold, his heirs and assigns forever. I hereby appoint John V Van Ingen of Rochester my sole executor of this my last will and testament, hereby giving him full power to sell, convey and encumber my said estate as he shall judge best.
