Stevens of the Town of Duanesburgh, County of Schenectady and State of New York of the age of Seventy one years being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in form and manner for naming that is to say. 1st. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jane Matilda Stevens all of my personal property after payment of my just debts and medical and funeral expenses to her onle use and behoof forever excepting and reserving the specific articles named below. 2nd I give and bequeath to my son Charles T. Stevens my gold headed cane as a returned momento of love.. 3rd I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Jane Matilda Stevens the onle Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and --- all former Wills by me made.
