Weatherwax of the town of Glenville in the county of Schenectady and the state of New York of the age of seventy years and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last Will and testament in ______ following that is to say FIRST: I give and bequeath to my wife Harriet Maria during her life time all my estate both real & personal to have the full use of the same after paying my debts and funeral expenses. SECOND: After the death of my wife Harriet Maria I direct and empower my executor to sell my estate that remains both real and personal and divide the same equal between my children, William A.; Isaac S.; Isabella C. ; Augustu L.; Anna M.; Eveline and Eleanor share and share alike. THIRD: I hereby appoint my sons William A. and Isaac S. executors of this my last Will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 14th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.
