Executrix and Wife: ALICE SALISBURY
Son: HENRY B. SALISBURY of NEW YORK CITY
Witnesses: ALVAH FAIRLEY and FRANCIS S. LA GRANGE

HENRY SALISBURY:

I, HENRY SALISBURY of the City of SCHENECTADY, N.Y. do make publish and
declare this instrument as and for my last will and testament as follows:

FIRST: I give and bequeath unto my SON HENRY B. SALISBURY of NEW YORK CITY the
sum of one hundred dollars

SECOND: I give devise and bequeath unto my WIFE ALICE SALISBURY all the rest,
residue and remainder of my property both real and personal of every name and
nature to her   her heirs and assigns forever.

THIRD: I hereby appoint my said WIFE ALICE SALISBURY the EXECUTRIX of this
will and I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day of
November 1904.

The foregoing instrument was at the date thereof signed, sealed, published and
declared By the said testator HENRY SALISBURY as and for his last will and
testament in our presence and we have at his request and in his presence and
in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

FRANCIS S. LA GRANGE, SCHENECTADY, N.Y.
Recorded and certified this 4th day of July 1908 in accordance with Decree
admitting above will to probate, entered this day in book 7 of record of
probate of wills at page 68.
