This Will is recorded on four pages or sheets pg 49 - 52 I Charlotte Weatherwax of the town of Glenville Schenectady County N.Y. do hereby make publish and declare this instrument an and for my last Will and testament as follows; FIRST: I give and bequeath to my daughter Grace E. Weatherwax all my household goods and personal effects of everyname and nature to her her heirs and assigns forever. SECOND: I giv and bequeath to my said daughter Grace E. Weatherwax the sum of nine hundred dollars to be paid by my executor herein after named as soon as practicable after the death of my husand Charles P. Weatherwax which said sum of nine hundred dollars is given to my said daughter as payment for all services rendered to me by my said daughter after she become of age. I make the payment of said sum of money a lien and charge upon my real property and authorize and empower my said executor hereinafter named, to mortgage sell or convey my said real property for the purpose of paying said sum of nine hundred dollars to my said daughter as soon as practicable after the death of my said husband, in case he shall survive me, but in the event of death of my said husband before my death I then authorize and empower my executor hereinafter named to mortgage sell or convey my said real property for the purpose of paying said legacy of nine hundred dollars to my said daughter Grace E. Weatherwax as soon as practicable after my death, and the balance of the proceeds vis in case of sale to be divided equally between my children hereinafter specified THIRDLY: I give and bequeath to my said husband Charles P. Weatherwax the use, income and profit of all my real estate during his life. upon the condition however that he shall personally pay all taxes upon said real estate when due, and keep the same in repair and provided he shall keep the buildings ____ on said premises insured in the sum of eighteen hundred dollars or such sum as can be obtained at his expense and provided also that he shall pay and keep up the interest on a mortgage held by The Gilchrist Brothers on said real property, upon which there is now due a balance of principal in the sum of three hundred and thirty six dollars. FOURTH: After the death of my said husband Charles P. Weatherwax and the payment of said sum of nine hundred dollars to my said daighter Grace E. Weatherwax, I give devise and bequeath all the restresidue and remainder of my property both real and personal of every name and nature (not herebefore bequeathed) to my children: Charlene Atherton Weatherwax; Charlotte Adelia Sawyer; Olive Parmelia Van Loan; Emma Jane Van Wie; Frances Smith; Florence Jolly; and Grace E. Weatherwax to them and each of them their heirs and assignes forever share and share alike FIFTH In case any of my said children shall have died before my death leaving issue, I give devise and bequeath the share or portion of said child so dying to his or her issue to be divided between said issue share and share alike I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint A.T.
