Amen. I Philip Snyder of the Town and County of Schoharie and State of New York. Of the age of Seventy One Years and being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say: First. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary E. Lawyer, wife of John W. Lawyer, all of my personal Estate, goods and chattels of what nature a kind --- or whereever situate. Second, I give and devise unto my daughter aforesaid Mary E. Lawyer wife of John W. Lawyer all my real estate of every name and nature. Whatsoever and whereever situate, and I do hereby appoint my said daughter Mary E. Lawyer, wife of John W. Lawyer the sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, thereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof, I have thereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of September, 1875. The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof, signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Philip Snyder as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, who at his request and in his presence, and in the presance of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto. In the matter of the Will of Phillip Snyder late of the town of Schoharie, NY deceased, Schoharie County. William B. Murphy of Schoharie in the County of Schoharie and Chauncey W. Hinman of Schoharie in the County of Schoharie being first duly sworn in open court do depose and say that they are the subscribing witnesses to the last Will and Testament of Philip Snyder late of the town of Schoharie in the County of Schoharie deceased. That the said Philip Snyder did in the presence of these --- subscribe his name at the end of the instrument which is now shown and exhibited to there ---, and which --- to be the last Will and Testament of the said Philip Snyder deceased and which Will bears date on the 18th day of September in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and seventy five. --- further say that the said Philip Snyder the said testator did, at the same time of subscribing his name as aforesaid at the end of the said instrument declare the said instrument so subscribed and now exhibited, to be his last Will and Testament, and there --- did there --- subscribe their names at the end of the said will, as attesting witnesses thereto, at the request and in the presence of the said testator and of each other, --- further say that at the said time when the said testator subscribed his name to the said last will as afore said, and at the time of these --- subscribing their names as attesting witnesses thereto, as aforesaid, the said Philip Snyder was of sound mind, and memory, of full age to execute a Will of real estate, and was not under any restraint to the knowledge, information or belief of these ---- and further these --- say not.
