Written: March 3, 1875

Will of Matthias Hubbell.
In the name of God, Amen, I Matthias Hubbell of the town of Gilboa in the
County of Schoharie and State of New York of the age of seventy seven years
and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last
Will and Testament in manner following, that is to day - First - I give and
devise unto my children viz -Sally Maria Smith, Jacob R. Hubbell, Sophia
Hubbell, Peter H. Hubbell, Susan Richtmyer, Edgar Hubbell, Delevan Hubbell and
Solon Hubbell all my real estate and personal property to be divided equally
between them share and share alike subject to all notes and accounts against
each one to be deducted from their several shares.  The account against my son
Peter Hubbell amounts to the sum of One Hundred & Fifty Dollars at the date of
the making of this my last Will & Testament, and interest from date of said
Will.

The real estate now in my possession is situated in the Village of Gilboa and
is bounded as follows.  West by land of Ezra Stephens.  North by lands of
Marcus Frazee.  East by lands of said Frazee and South by the Highway and I do
hereby empower my Executors to sell the aforesaid real estate and the awards
to be divided between my said children as previously stated.  And lastly, I do
hereby appoint my sons Jacob R. Hubbell and Delevan Hubbell to be the
Executors of this my last Will and Testament and my said Executors are to pay
all my funeral expenses from my Estate.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Third day of
March, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Five.    (S) Matthias Hubbell

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof signed
sealed published and declared by the said Matthias Hubbell as for his last
Will & Testament in presence of us who at is request and in his prescence and
in the presence each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
