NEW YORK WILL BK A. probated 3/1813 LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HENRY VOLAND I Henry Foland considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory Blested be Almighty God for the same to make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following. That is to say First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Betsy Foland my two black horses, wagon and harness. Second I give and bequeath unto my son John the young sorel mare. Thirdly I give and bequeath unto my son Martin the old sorel mare. Fourth I give and bequeath unto my son Philip my fine boots. Fifth I give and bequeath unto my son Peter my course boots. Which said legacies or sums of money I will and order to be paid to the said respective Agates within six days after my decease and Lastly as to all the rest and residue and remainder of my personnel estate goods and chattels of what kind and nature I give and bequeath the same to my said well beloved wife Betsy Foland whom I hereby appoint Sole Directive of this my last will and testament hereby Revoking all former wills by me made.
