I the said Benjamine Wilber considering the unknown period of my dissolution and being now satisfied of a sound mind and memory do therefore make, ordain and publish this my last will and testament in a manner and form following to wit. Frist. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary the farm in which I now reside together with all my personal property whatsoever and wheresoever during her lifetime in case she remains my widow. 2nd I give and devise to my son Joseph Wilber, his heirs and assigns forever the farm on which I now reside together with my horses, cattle and other live stock and all my farming utensils after his mothers decease subject to the bequests payments and orders herein after contained. 3rd It is my will and order that my fram lying and being situate in the town of Johstown, County of Montgomery and State of New York on which my son Briggs Wilber now resides shall be sold as soon as may be and according to law and that my son Benjamin Wilber his heirs and assigns shall receive of the money arising out of such sale five hundred dollars and my son Briggs Wilber his heirs and assigns the remainder, both subject to the order hereinafter, contained, 4th It is my will and order that my sons Briggs and Benjamin Wilber their heirs or assigns shall pay one equal half of two hundred dollars remaing now unpaid on the farm above mentioned upon which my son Briggs now resides. 5th It is my will and order that my executers shall give up freely to my son Nathaniel Wilber his heirs or assigns all the notes and book accounts I now hold against him 6th It is my will and order that my son Joseph Wilber shall pay to my son Simpson Wilber his heirs or assigns the sum of three hundred dollars payable three years after their mothers decease. 7th It is my will and order that my son Josepth Wilber shall pay to my son Lanson Wilber his heirs or assigns the sum of six hundred dollars payable one year after their mothe is deceased 8th It is my will and order that my son Josephh shall pay to my daughter, Rhoda ten dollars two years after their mothers decease 9th It is my will and order that my son Soseph shall pay my daughter Rachel ten dollars two years after their mothers decease. 10th It is my will and order that my son Joseph shall pay to my two grandsons Jacob and Lini (?) Ochinpaugh children of Ira Ochenpaugh deceased the sum of fifty dollars each where they shall become severally twenty one years of age. 11th It is my will and order that my household furniture shall be equally divided between my eight children after their mothers decease. 12th And last I do hereby nominate and appoint my three sons Benjamin J.
