The last Will and Testament of CHARLES C CLARK of the town of Orange, County
of Schuyler, and State of New York.

     I, CHARLES C CLARK, age fifty-five years being of sound mind and memory,
aware of the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, and desirous of
making an equitable and proper disposition of my property at my decare, I do
make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in
manner and form following that is to say;

     First, after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, and
the expenses of administering on my estate, I give desire and bequeath to my
wife, JANE B CLARK, the use income and profit of all my real estate for and
during her natural life provided that my said wife support my two minor
children here in after named during and until they shall arrive at the age of
twenty one years and from and after the decease of my said wife, I give and
bequeath my said farm and real estate to my two children, CARRIE ADELL CLARK
and EDDIE CLARK, and to their kins and assigns forever share and share alike.

     Second, I give desire and bequeath to my wife, JANE B CLARK, all my
personal estate of every name and nature forever and I desire that my wife and
children shall pay the money they shall incure from my life insurance towards
the payment and discharge of any mortgage that might be a lieu on any or all
of my real estate at the time of my death, my wife and money to be first paid
to the satisfaction of each mortgage.

     Likewise, I make constitute and affidavit_________(no name) to be my
executor of my last will and testament;  Hereby evoking all former wills made
by me.

     In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal, the 2nd day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-five.
