I, Lucy McClure of the village of Altay aforesaid mindful of the uncertainty of human life and being of sound mind and memory blessed be God for the same do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament that is to say. First, I here by give and bequeath unto my step mother Mrs. Mary McClure for and during her natural life the use and possession of all my household furniture and articles used in keeping house. Second, I hereby give bequeath and devise unto said Mrs. Mary McClure for and during her natural life the use of my Homestead house and Lot situated in the Village of Altay aforesaid. Third, subject to the payment of my debts and funeral charges I hereby give bequeath and devise all the rest residual and remainder of all my personal and real estate which I may own at the date of my death of every name and nature and wheresoever situated including all property which my said step mother had the use of during her life as aforesaid unto my brothers and sister equally share and share alike to be their absolute property and if any of them shall die before the date of my death then the share of the one so dying before the day of my death shall belong to his or her descendants the same as if my said brother or sister had been absolute owner thereof at the date of my death and had died intestate having no wife or husband. Lastly, I hereby constitute and appoint my brother Warren O. McClure and David G. McClure executors of this my last will and testament and authorize and empower them or the survivor of them at he date of the death of my said step mother, Mrs. Mary McClure to sell and convey my said real estate and give all proper contracts and deeds for the same and until sold to rent the same and keep the same insured and in proper repair. In witness whereof I Lucy McClure the above named testatrix have to this my last will and testament set my hand and affixed my seal this llth day of June 1883, in the year of the Lord one thousand either hundred and eighty three. McClure to have what is left of his note now in my possession at my death as his own $275 now at Mrs. Sara P. Fennos, to defray my funeral expenses and any debts or Dr. bills As my sister is well provided for, and after my step mother Mrs. Mary McClures death, I wish what is left to be divided between by 2 brothers W.O.
