Item. I give devise and bequeath unto Norman Rennells and Mahala Jane Rennells their heis and assigns forever. All my property real and personal and mixed of what nature or kind soever and where soever the same shall be at the time of my death. Share and share alike. And I do nominate and appoint said Norman Rennells Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I Mahala Crout the Testatrix have to this my Will Written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twenty first day of November A. D. Knight} Signed Sealed published and Declared by the above named Mahala Crout as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of we who have hereunto subscribed our names at her request as witness is thereto in the presence of the said testatrix and of each other." Additional Comments: Because Mahala Crout lived in Pennsylvania, Brandford County, Town of Troy at the time her Will was written and at the time of her death, there are additional citations and court papers. Her daughter Mahala Jane Rennells and son-in-law Norman had to appear in New York, Schuyler County, Town of Watkins to attend the Probate of said Will. Mahala Crout's date of death is about Jan. 1885.
