Will and Testament of Nathan HATCH In the name of God Amen - I, Nathan HATCH of the town of Howard, County of Steuben State of New York, of the age of Seventy-six years, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish and declare, this my last Will and Testatment in the manner following, that is to say, First - I direct that immediately after my decease, all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate, by my Executor herein after named - Second - I give devise and bequeath unto my son in law Lewis D. Benton, now of Howellsville all the rest and residue of my real and personal estate, subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, as hereinbefore stated - to be by him owned possessed and disposed of as to him shall seem proper. And I hereby appoint the said Lewis D. BENTON, sole executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of April 1858.
