Last Will and Testament of Simeon Judd, 20 July 1896

Last Will and Testament. I, Simeon Judd, of the town of Massena, County of St. Lawrence and
State of New York, do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament,
in manner and form following, that is to say: First: I direct the payment of my just debts, if
any. Second: I give, bequeath and devise all of my real and personal estate wherever situated
to my beloved wife Lucy A. Judd, her heirs and assigns forever. If my said wife do not me
survive, I give, bequeath and devise all of my said estate to my daughters Anna Keyes and
Electa Judd, share and share alike. Likewise I make, constitute and appoint my wife Lucy A.
Judd of Massena, N.Y. to be my executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed
my seal, the twentieth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
ninety- six.

    The above partly written and partly printed instrument was subscribed by the said Simeon
Judd, in our presence and acknowledged by him to each of us, and he at the same time declared
the above instrument is subscribed by him to be his last Will and Testament; and we at his
request sign our names as attesting witnesses hereto in his presence and in the presence of
each other and write opposite our names our respective places of residence. L.S. Dominy
