Written: May 10, 1899

The Last Will and Testament of Harriet C. Strait of the Town of Potsdam,
County of St. Lawrence and State of New York.

I, Harriet C. Strait, aware of the uncertainty of life, do make, ordain,
publish and declare this my last Will and Testamnet, in the manner and form
following, that is to say:

After the payment of my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my
estate and my lawful debts, I give, devise and bequeath my property as
follows:

First: To Betsey C. Lewis all my personal peroperty of every name and 
description and also the use of all my real estate wheresoever it may be 
situate, for and during her life; and at her death I give, devise and bequeath 
my said real estate to my two grand sons, Martin S. Lewis of Minneapolis,
Minn., and Van H. Lewis of Potsdam, N.Y., share and share alike.

Likewise, I make , constitute and appoint Betsey C. Lewis to be exeuctrix of
my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

In Witness Thereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
the tenth day of May in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and
ninety nine.

The Above written instrument was subscribed by the said Harriet C. Strait in
our presence and acknowledged by her to us; and she at the same time declared
the above instrument so subscribed, to be her last Will and Testament; and we
at her request have signed our names as witnesses hereto, in her presence and
in the presence of each other, and written opposite our names our respective
places of residence.
