I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. Second. I give, devise and bequeath the use of all my estate to my wife Julia Akey during her natural life, and if that is not sufficient to properly take care of her, in the manner she has been used to, then enough of the principal of the estate to do so. Third. After the death of my wife, I give, devise, and bequeath to my son Paul Akey and his heirs forever, the sum of five hundred dollars. Fourth. After Paul has been paid as last aforesaid, I direct my executor here inafter named, to divide the remainder of my estate into five equal shares, and I give, devise, and bequeath one such share to my son Paul Akey and his heirs forever; one share to my daughter Louise Laflam, wife of Eli Laflam of Saranac lake, NY and their heirs forever; one share to my son Peter Akey and his heirs forever; one share to my daughter Almira Jondon, wife of Abram Jondon and her heirs forever; and one share to Lilbon Wineberg, and Doris Francis Wineberg, children of my deceased daughter Rosan Wineberg, and their heirs forever, share and share alike; and in case either Lilbon or Doris die without issue, the survivor take the whole of such share. Fifth. I give nothing to my son Edward Akey on account of money he already has had of me and for which he still owes, except I give him such "endebtedness", but nothing more out of my estate. Lastly, I hereby appoint my son Paul Akey, with full power to sell real estate, executor of this, my last Will and Testament: hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
