Fuller, executor heirs at law: Ainsworth L. Fuller, husband Albert L. Fuller, son Garold Ralph Fuller, son Alice A. Fuller, daughter Helen L. Fuller, daughter Carrie L. Norcross, Erie PA guardians appointed for Albert, Garold, Alice and Helen, minors Last Will and Testament. I, Clara Fuller of the Town of Gouverneur, in the County of St. Lawrence and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say; First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. Second. I give and bequeath to my mother, Alice M. Morehouse, the use of the Easterly half of my house on Gleason Street, in the village of Gouverneur, N.Y., for and during the term of her natural life. Third. After the death of my said mother, Alice M. Morehouse, I give the use of the Easterly half of said house to my husband Ainsworth L. Fuller, to be used by him as a home for and during his natural life, Fourth. I give and bequeath to my said husband, Ainsworth L. Fuller, the use of the Westerly half of said house for and during the term of his natural life, or he may use the proceeds of the sale of said house for a home in any place he may desire, after the death of my said mother. Fifth. After the death of my said husband and mother, I give the said house or the proceeds of sale of same to my children, share and share alike. Sixth. I give all my clothes to my daughters, they to give to the poor and needy anything they do not themselves desire. Seventh. All pictures and books that were mine before I was married, I give to A. W. Morehouse, if living, if not to my sons. Eighth. I give my best diamond ring to Mrs. A. W. Morehouse as long as she shall live, after her death to my husband Ainswcrth L. Fuller. Ninth. I give my small diamond ring to my daughter Alice Fuller, the piano to my mother - the owner, my watch to my daughter Helen Fuller, my band ring to my husband Ainsworth L. Fuller, my beads to Carrie L. Norcross, Erie, Pa., all other jewels to be divided between my daughters. Tenth. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every name and nature I give to my husband Ainsworth L. Fuller, to have and to hold forever. Lastly, I hereby appoint my husband Alnsworth L. Fuller, executor of this my last Will add Testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
