Crary, attorney, appointed guardian for Roy, minors Last Will and Testament. I, Chas. L. Grandy of the town of Canton, in the County of St. Lawrence And State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say; First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. Second. That my sons Floyd and Ray shall receive Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars each, when the youngest arrives at the age of 21 years. 3d. That my wife Nettle shall receive all the remaining residue both real and personal. Lastly, I hereby appoint Nettle Grandy executrix of this, my last Will and Testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
