The submittor has given permission to the USGenWeb Archives to store the file permanently for free access. ************************************************************************ JOSEPHINE WEEKS VALENTINE McHUGH Mrs. Josephine McHugh, widow of the late John McHugh and for a number of years formerly a resident of Dunellen, died last Friday in Glen Cove, Long Island, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Wilbur A. Ketcham, at the age of 66 years. She had been in ill health for about a year and had been confined to her bed for over two months prior to her demise. Mrs. McHugh celebrated her sixty-sixth birthday anniversary only four days before her death. The deceased is survived by two daughters and a son; Mrs. Ketcham, of Glen Cove; Mrs. Charles Leach, of Hackensack; George W. McHugh, of Plainfield. She also leaves six grandchildren. The funeral services were held Sunday evening at the home of Mrs. Ketcham, and on Monday the body was taken to Plainfield for interment in the family plot in Hillside Cemetery .Rev. F. L. West, pastor of the Dunellen Methodist Episcopal Church, of which the late Mrs. McHugh was a member, conducted the committal service at the grave on Monday morning.
