Buschor Jr., Frank E.
BUSCHOR-Frank E., Jr., age 80, of Oakdale, LI, suddenly on June 1, 2005.
Survived by his wife Laurette, his children Laurette Roddin, Keith, Richard,
John, Lauren, Renee Hauser, Graham, Raymond, David and Danielle, his sister
Ann Johnson, his nephew Reed Johnson, his niece Denise Loughlin, 21
grandchildren and seven great-children. He was predeceased by his children
Frank E., III, Andreas and Robert. A graduate of Staunton Military Academy and
Norwich University, he joined the Army Air Corps and became a B-17 pilot
during World War II. Following the war, he joined the Army National Guard and
served 27 years in the U.S. military. He was employed as an engineer by Lilco
for twenty years. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Religious
Service 8PM Sunday at Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home, 245 Montauk Highway,
West Sayville. Funeral Monday 9:30AM. Interment VA National Cemetery,

Gallagher, Nora (Dorothy)
GALLAGHER-Nora (Dorothy) with her loving family at her side passed away
peacefully on Thursday June 2, 2005 at the age of 87. She is survived by her
sisters Helen King, Mary Rogers, Joan Farrell, Anne Terry and a brother Eugene
Terry (Carol) and the late Michael Gallagher. She leaves nieces and nephews
Matthew Rogers (Trisha), Anne Marie Helfers (Edward), Kathryn Dyker (Edward),
Robert Farrell, Eileen Goldman (Arthur), Alison Terry, Michael Rogers (Laura),
Eugene Terry (Kristine), Jacqueline Terry and Jennifer Baxter (Theodore) also
sixteen great nieces and nephews. She was the former Director of Libraries at
Adelphi University for 38 years, a graduate of Hunter College and Columbia
University School of Library Science. She was cited in Who's Who, a member and
past president of the Soroptimists of Central Nassau and former president of
the Nassau County Library Association. Reposing at Donohue Cecere Funeral
Home, 290 Post Ave. Westbury, NY., Sunday 2-4 and 7-9PM. Funeral Mass Monday
11:00AM at Our Lady of Hope Church, Carle Place, NY. Interment at Holy Rood
