Brusiloff, Eugene M.
BRUSILOFF-Eugene M., of Great Neck, NY, on March 28, 2005. A dear, sweet, kind
and incredibly generous man with a wonderful sense of humor. A trombonist who
played with the US Air Force Band during the Korean War, as well as with Peter
Duchin, Lester Lanin and Meyer Davis in orchestras backing up Frank Sinatra,
Ella Fitzgerald and Tony Bennett, among others. Almost every day he played
"Wheels on the Bus" for his two year old grandson, Harrison Leon Fink. He was
a patient and inspirational music teacher to countless children. He is
survived by his wife Phyllis, and his two children Amy and Paul and their
families. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart

University with a Master's Degree and went to teach at Cooper Union, Hofstra
and Polytech. He was an engineer at the Brooklyn Navy Yard and was employed
with Republic Aviation and Grumman Aerospace, specializing in hydraulics and
working on multiple aircraft including the F-14 Tomcat and the A-6. Mr.
Cannizzaro was a generous benefactor, establishing scholarships for the
graduate students at Hofstra and Polytech. He was the loving husband of the
late Rita for 24 years and the late Julia for 9 years. Dear brother of
Gertrude Wolfe. Beloved father of Lynn (Robert) Hargraves, John (Nancy)

McNulty, David Peter
McNULTY-David P. A great loss is felt by our family and many friends at the
passing of David Peter McNulty, 70, on March 25, 2005, at his home in
Millbrook, New York. He leaves his beloved wife of 48 years, Barbara; his
loving children David, Jr., Kathleen (son-in-law Dr. John Diann), Patrick
(daughter-in-law Patricia), Brian (daughter-in-law Kerry), and Jeffrey. He was
the proud grandfather of Thomas, Jessica, Katherine and Isabelle. He is also
survived by his devoted brother, John J. McNulty and his family. David McNulty
was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1935, and was raised in Huntington, Long
Island. He studied Architectural Engineering, and after serving in the U.S.
Army, began his career with Nassau Suffolk Lumber & Supply Company. He was a
successful businessman, starting his career in sales, and eventually rising to
become President of the company. In 1967, he moved to Old Field, New York,
with his family where he lived until 1996. He was active in the Three Village
community, a member of the Stony Brook Rotary Club, and a devout member of
Saint James R.C. Church. David pursued his passion for Thoroughbred racing as
both breeder and owner of several winning horses including graded stakes
winner Herr Von Kaninchen and New York Bred Champion Ave's Flag. He was also
an avid golfer, fisherman, and outdoorsman. He was loved by many, and will be
missed by all. The family will receive friends at the Bryant Funeral Home, 411
Old Town Road, Setauket, New York, on Wednesday, March 30, from 24PM and
7-10PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint James Roman Catholic Church,
Route 25A, Setauket, New York, on Thursday, March 31, at 10:30AM.

Reilly, Dr. William John
REILLY-Dr. William John, age 81, of Wilmington, NC (formerly of Sayville, LI)
on March 26, 2005. Born in New York, the son of the late John and Mary Reilly,
he served as a 2nd Lt. in the Army Air Force during World War II. He received
his undergraduate degree at St. Francis College, his Masters at Columbia
University and his Doctor of Philosophy and Juris Doctor at St. John's
University. Dr. Reilly served as Vice President at SUNY Farmingdale and as
professor for 35 years. He was editor of the Catholic textbook division of
Silver Burdett Publishing. He was among the first Eucharistic Ministers in the
Diocese of Rockville Centre, and has served as president of the parish council
at St. Lawrence R.C. Church in Sayville. Dr. Reilly is survived by his wife of
forty-seven years, Patricia Connolly Reilly; his daughters Bridget Costello,
Siobhan Martin and Maura Scherer; his sons Christopher, James, William,
Terrence and Brendan; his brother John J. Reilly, 24 grandchildren and one
great-grandchild. Reposing at Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home, 245 Montauk

Robinson, Rosalind
ROBINSON-Rosalind, of Islip, NY, passed away on March 27, 2005. Rosalind was
born on August 18, 1917 in Sag Harbor, NY to the late John and May Forebaugh.
Rosalind attended Albany State University in Albany, NY with a Bachelor of
Science in Library Science. She was the Director of the Islip Public Library
from 1959 until her retirement in 1983. She was a member of Emmanuel
Espiscopal Church in Great River where she served as head of the Altar Guild,
served on the Vestry and was a recipient of the Bishop's Cross Award.
Survivors include her sister Cora F. Goldsworth of Syracuse, NY, one niece,
four nephews and several great-nephews and great-nieces. She was preceded in
death by her parents and her sister Dorothy Jaeggi. Visiting, Wednesday 7-9PM
at the Overton Funeral Home, 172 Main St., Islip. Funeral service, Thursday
10AM, Emmanuel Espiscopal Church, Great River. Interment, Washington Memorial
