and retired accountant. He raised his family in Massapequa Park, was a life
long active member of OLL Church, Massapequa Park, and also OLL Daytona Beach,
FL., where he and Eleanor retired to in 1991. He is survived by daughters;
Kathleen Brookline, MA., and Patricia Christophersen (Chuck) Bayport, NY.,
sons; Steven KC, MO., James and Robert, Maui, HI., and Thomas Charlotte, NC.,
and brother; Bernard (Dorothy) Kwiatkowski, Massapequa Park. He was truly the
proud grandpa of his first grandson; Ethan Christophersen. A Memorial Mass in
his honor will be held on Monday July 25, 2005 at 11 A.M., St. Rose of Lima

whitewater rafting accident in Colorado. A physically active man, with a zest
for life, Levins was President of the Suffolk Y Jewish Community Center's
Board of Directors. The former CEO of the family owned Mid Island Department
Stores, he was currently managing director of commercial real estate for
Anastasio Associates in Huntington. He is survived by his wife of 25 years,
Linda; his son, Brett and daughter, Rachel. He is also survived by his father
Harvey, former President of Mid Island Department Stores of L.I., and his
mother Betty, both of Boca Raton, FL and three sisters; Linda Kuchmeister of
Long Beach, NY; Amy Bloom of Davie, FL and Lisa Gnann of Boca Raton, FL. He
was uncle to four nieces and four nephews. Funeral Services will be held

PATTERSON-Mary Elizabeth Enyeart, 89, of the 100 block of Country Club Drive,
died Saturday, May 21, 2005 in her home. Mrs. Patterson was born in Saxton,
PA, and was the daughter of the late George William and Ethel Kelly Enyeart.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Barnard D. Patterson, her
son George William Patterson, and sisters Charlotte Eichelberger and Martha
Wakefield. A homemaker, she attended Edenton United Methodist Church. In
earlier years prior to marriage, she was a registered nurse. Surviving are two
daughters, Susan Jane Halligan of Huntington, NY, and Betsy Brown and husband
Brewster of Winton, NC; three grandchildren, Kristen Foley and husband John,
Seth Brown and wife Joanna, and Nathan Brown; and two great grandchildren,
John Robert Foley and Caitlin Ann Brown. Graveside services will be held on
Saturday at 11AM at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Long Island, NY. The family asks

Walls, Leon Lewis
WALLS-Leon Lewis, died May 23, 2005, in Falls Church, VA. Mr. Walls was a
physical education teacher in Great Neck, NY for 29 years. He is survived by
sons David, Donald and Douglas; a brother Rev. James Travis; nine
grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his wife
Marie and his son Richard. In lieu of flowers that donations be made to Young
Life Camp Sweden at P.O. Box 520, Colorado Springs, CO 80901.

ZADOW-Alfred W. and Donna M., of Wading River, NY, suddenly on May 23, 2005.
Loving parents of Bryan (Jennifer) Zadow, Brett (Leah) Zadow, Heath (Tara)
Richards and Jennifer (Andrew) Powell. Donna was the cherished daughter of
Dale and Elaine Turner and fond sister of Douglas Turner, Linda DeBeer and
Carolyn Louey. Alfred was the son of the Alfred and Mary Zadow and the fond
brother of Elizabeth Luyster and Eleanor Woodward. They were the dear
grandparents of four. The family will receive friends Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9
pm, Alexander-Tuthill Funeral Home, 6447 Rte 25A, Wading River. Memorial
Service, 2:00 pm Sunday, Wading River Congregational Church, 2057 North
Country Rd., Wading River. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations requested to
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
