William was born in Carle Place, NY on September 26, 1917, the son of the late George and Sophie Reiss Baisley. William was a World War II Army Veteran. He was employed as a meter reader for the Garden City Water Department in Garden City, NY retiring in 1975. William was predeceased by his wife Gladys K. Foertsch Baisley whom he married in 1943; she died August 15, 1999. Survivors include his loving daughter and Son-in-law Gail and Patrick Long of Clifton Park, one dear brother Richard Baisley of Aiken, SC. Two precious grandchildren Debra and Samantha Long of Clifton Park. William is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Maryanne was born in the Bronx, NY and grew up in Farmingdale, LI. Maryanne "Missy", as she was known, loved music and while at Farmingdale High School, performed in several productions. She went on to study voice at the Crane School of Music at Potsdam State University and graduated in 1973. This gift of music she shared with all throughout her life. Maryanne married Karl Klein of Crolton, NY in 1993 and after a brief stay in upstate NY they moved Saratoga area, where their daughter Allison was born and raised. Maryanne taught music in various BOCES schools in the Saratoga area for close to 30 years. Maryanne and Karl Klein were divorced several years ago. Maryanne and Emil Onzo, her partner for the last three years, lived in Ballston Spa.
