Bianca worked to provide a family environment for her guests and served, quite often as the first employer for many of her fellow Italian immigrants. She was also the first employer for many young people from Queens, who will remember her fondly. Customers will remember her warm demeanor and her commitment to customer service and excellent cuisine. She retired from business in 2000, and became a fulltime "Nonna" for the first time.
