Gillespie Clerk of Surrogate's Court. BOND OF ADMINISTRATOR. Know all Men by these Presents: That we Mary J. Hill as principal, and A.B. Kennedy and R. Homer Wool as sureties, are held and firmly bound unto the People of The State of New York in the sum of Four Hundred dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, to be paid to the said People: to which payment, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our and each of our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated this 3rd day of April, 1914. THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION is such that, if the above bounden Mary J. Hill, shall faithfully discharge the trust reposed in her as administrator of, all and singular, the goods, chattels and credits of Theron B. Hill late of the City of Ithaca, in the County of Tompkins, deceased, intestate, and also obey all lawful decrees and orders of the Surrogate's Court of the County of Tompkins, touching the administration of the estate committed to her, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
