Hicks five dollars. Second: I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary E. Hatch five dollars. Third: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue, and remainder of my property both real and personal that I have to my daughter Emma Berman(?). Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my daughter Emma Berman(?) to be executrix of my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 24th day of March in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.
