Rhinehart; Clara Rhinehart is married to Benjamin Ritch of Rochester & was 26 last spring as of 8/31/1888; James Young is age 51; Guardians were appointed for Matilda Bush (16 on 3/21/1870) & Mary E. Bush (14 on 11/7/1870) Document: Estate papers of Joseph Bush Date: 1870 Recorded: Location: Box 53 Comments: Joseph Bush of Marbletown died 5/8/1870. His widow Eve & son Hiram qualified as administrators. His estate was worth $30.00. His heirs were his widow. Hiram Bush, Joseph D. Bush. Eliza, wife of Wm Crispell & Laricy (sp?) Wife of John Bishop. Hiram filed an affidavit that Eve died 2/1/1875 & that she had been a pensioner as widow of Joseph Bush, who had been in the War of 1812 in Capt. Bevier's Company & that Hiram was their son. Document: Deed from Gordon C. & Mary North of Olive to Joseph Bush Date: 1/1/1856 Recorded: 1/4/1856 Location: DB 95/7 Comments: The Norths sold a 61 6/10 acres in Marbletown to Joseph Bush of Marbletown for $710.00. This land was on the south side of Fougere (sp?) Road & was bounded by the lands of Wm P. Bush, Cornelius Bush and George Bush.
