Louw And Likewise the Sum of One Hundred and fifty Pounds To Be Paid in a Reasonable time after my Decease. Also I Give and Bequeath Unto my third son James All the Money I have Already Advanced for him, and One Hundred and fifty Pounds also to be paid in a reasonable Time after my Decease. Also I Give and Bequeath Unto My Daughter Margaret Wife of Andrew Graham, and My Daughter Catherine Wife of John Lawrence each The Sum of Three Hundred Pound to be paid in a Reasonable after my Decease, Also I Give and Bequeath Unto my Daughter Elisabeth Wife of Michael Johnson the Sum of three Hundred Pound to be paid in a Reasonable Time after my Decease, if She have any Children if not it is to Be kept in the Hands of the Executors and Distributed to her As She hath need of it and if any remain after her Death my Will and meaning is that it Shall be equally Divided Between Her Brothers and Sisters or their Heirs Also I Give and Bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Wife of Robert Dunlap Two Cows Desiring She may be therewith Content She Having Already Received her full portion of my Estate at The time of her Mariage Also I Give and Bequeath unto my Two Sons Robert and John all that my farm Lying and Being in the Precinct of Shawangonk where I Now Live together with the Land thereunto Belonging And all Houses Outhouses, Barns and all other Building Thereon Standing or Being with the other iditaments (?) and Apurtenances thereunto Belonging or pertaining To Have and to hold the one Moiety or equal Half part of the said Farm and other the premises with the Apurtenances Unto my said son Robert his heirs and Assignors to the only proper Use Benefit and Behoof of my said son Robert his Heirs and Assigns forever, The other Moiety or Equal Half part thereof Unto my said Son John his Heirs and Assigns to the only Use Benefiss and Behoof of my said Son John his Heirs and Assigns for Ever Also after the Above Legacies are paid and Satisfied All the Residue and Remainder of My Estate and Goods Whatsoever not herein particularly Before Given ad Bequeathed, I Give and Bequeath the same unto my Two Sons Robert and John to be equally divided between Them Both each of them an equal Proportion thereof If either of them Die without having a Child my Will Is that their effects Be equally divided among my Children or their Heirs Also I Give and Bequeath Unto my Loving Wife Mary the Use of three Hundred Pounds, also the Negro Wench Dine (?Dina?) one Horse and Saddle – Likewise a Bed and Bedding, Also I appoint her to have The Management of My Affairs And the Estate is Obliged to keap her as Long as She Shall Remain a Widow After my Decease, but after her Decease or Mariage to Second Husband the abovesaid Money,Wench Horse and Saddle Must be equally Divided among all my Children (or) Their Heirs And Lastly I Do Nominate and apoint My Said Wife Mary and my Sons Robert, James, and John, and the Survivors, and Survivor of them to be Executors of this my Last will and Testament and they are to act [as free grades?
