At a Surrogate Court held in and for the County of Ulster, at the Surrogate 
Office in the City of Kingston, in said county on the 8th day of April, 1895.
Present: Hon. James A Betts, Surrogate.

The Last Will and Testament of Mary A. J. Jarrold was admitted to probate and 
proved as a will of real and personal estatewhich together with the proofs in 
relation thereto is as follows:

Last Will and Testament
I Mary A. J. Jarrold of the City of Kingston, County of ulster and State of
New York do make, ordain, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament
in manner and form following, that is to say:

First, I direct the payment of my just debts, if any and my funeral expenses.
Second- I give devise and bequeath all the real estate I may now own or may 
hereafter possess to my three daughters viz= Alice, Kate and Ella, to have and 
to hold the same forever.

Third=I give devise and bequesth all the rest residue and remainder of my
estate real personal or mixed of whatever kind or nature to my said three
daughters viz=Alice, Kate and Ella to have and to hold the same to themselves,
each to have an equal third part or interest therein.

Likewise, I make, constitute and appoint my daughter Kate Jarrold now residing 
at Danbury, Connecticut to be Executiris of this my last Will and Testament, 
hereby revoking all forever Wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof, I have herewithto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, 
the twenty eighth day of April in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight 
hundred and ninety three

The above written instrument was subcribed by the said Mary A. J. Jarrold in
our presence and acknowledged by her to each of us; and she at the same time 
declared the above instrument, so subscribed to be her last Will and
testament; and we, at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of
each other, do here sign as witness thereto.
