Second. after the decease of my wife I give and bequeath unto my dear daughter Almira Ostrander, single woman in consideration of her long continuance with us and faithful servises in the family all my land, with the house and buildings thereon laying and situate on the north side of the road running East and West, before my door, in the town, County, and State afforesaid, containing about seven acres. Third. I give and bequeath unto daughter Mary H. Ferris wife of Rev. Ira Ferris the East undivided half of my five acre lot laying on the south side of the east and west road before mentioned. And also all debt that may be due to me from her husband Fourth. I give and bequeath unto my son Daniel B. Ostrander the west undivided half of the five acre lot above spoken of and all that my there be due to me from him or notes or other obligations. Fifth. I give and bequeath all my personal property, good and chattels unto my three children Almira, Mary H., and Daniel B. after my wife's decease to be equally divided between them. And I do hereby appoint my daughter Almira, my son-in-law Ira Ferris and Daniel B. Ostrander joint executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
