Personal research as of September 2012
Eliza (Adaliza) Denio was born September 16, 1820 at Washington, New York to 
parents May and William Denio.  

She married Francis Strong Auringer (Oranger); they had three children: 
1. Elmira Elizabeth (born February 14, 1846, married Horace Henry Hubbell Dec. 
2, 1868, died June 19, 1935 Queensbury, Warren, NY).  Horace (born August 26, 
1843, died December 22, 1925). 3 children: Flora, Harris and Winetta.
2. Obadiah Cyrus (born June 4, 1849 NY, died October 2, 1937 NY), a clergyman, 
Educated at public schools in Glens Falls, NY and by private tutors. Married 
November 1876 to Mrs. Eva Hendryx. Served in the Marine Corps 1871-1875 and on 
various ships;ordained as a Presbyterian minister at Lake George, September 
1890.  Also published books of poems, was a Republican and fished trout.  (See 
his bio in "Who's Who in NY on Ancestry.com).
3. Charles Henry Auringer born abt 1853 Glens Falls, Warren, NY.  
 
After Francis died, Eliza married Amos Hendryx, the couple had no children but 
did raise a grandchild.  

After Amos' death, Eliza lived with her daughter and family.  Eliza ded 1913 
at Glen Falls, Warren, New York and was buried at the Quaker Cemetery, Warren, 
New York.  

Her Find a Grave Memorial # is: 71654765.
First husband, Francis Strong Auringer's FAG# is:71654764.
2nd husband, Amos Hendryx' FAG # is:82030196 (with full biography).

Found Eliza (Adaliza) in the 1850 census living at Fort Edward, Washington, 
New York: Francis S Auringer 31, Adaliza Auringer 30, Almyra E Auringer 5, 
Obadiah C Auringer 1. 

Found in the 1860 to 1910 censuses living at Queensbury, Warren, New York:
1860: Francis had died the year before. Eliza Oranger 39, Almira 14, Obadiah 
11, Charles 7.
1870: Amos Hendryx 64, Eliza Hendryx 45, Marion Hendryx 25, Eveline Hendryx 
20, Benjamin Hendryx 1, Edson Comstock 22. 
1880: widowed, Eliza Hendrex 59, Cyrus Auringer 31, Eva Auringer 34, Benny 
Hendrex 11, Elizabeth Lewis 90, Frank Herald 16. 
1892: Liza A Hendryx age 72.
1900: Hendrix Hendrix 31, Lorie Hendryx 33, Marion Hendryx 9, Ethlin Hendryx 
6, Eliza Hendryx 79, George Coffin Unkn. 
1910: Horace H Hubbell 64, Elmira Hubbell 64, Harris F Hubbell 31, Eliza 
Hendry 89, Ina M Granger 17.
