Born on Dec. 11, 1919, in Glens Falls, he was the youngest son of the late Arthur and Verna Hubert. He was also predeceased by his brother, Raymond, and a sister, Marjorie Vanloan. Following his graduation from high school he was employed by Finch, Pruyn & Co., Inc. Buzz married Alice "Peggy" Hearth in 1941 and was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1942. He joined the 10th Mountain Division, fought in Italy and was discharged in 1945. He rejoined Finch, Pruyn until he retired in 1982 as manager of the Sales Sample Department. He enjoyed tending to his garden and house in Queensbury. In addition to his wife, Buzz is survived by his two sons, William of Charlotte, N.C, his children, Timothy and his family of St. Louis, Mo., and Daniel and his family of Concord, N.C., and Nicole, also of Concord, N.C.; and Gary and his wife, Portia and their two children, Christine and Matthew of Voorheesville. Friends may call on the family from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, with a memorial service to follow at 4 p.m. at Radloff Funeral Home, Inc., 136 Warren St., Glens Falls. Lyons Jr., 73, passed away Wednesday morning, Sept. 28, 2005, at Westmount Health Facility, Gurney Lane, Queensbury. Born the victim of cerebral palsy on Feb. 2, 1932, in New Haven, Conn., he was the son of the late Thomas and Ida (Bloomingdale) Lyons. His longevity was attributed to the excellent and loving care he was given at Westmount Health Facility, where he resided for the last 43 years. Some of Tommy's enjoyments were looking at magazines, coloring, listening to country music, car rides, outings such as baseball and hockey games, and most recently, going for an airplane ride, which was a major highlight for him. Boston Red Sox was his favorite baseball team. Above all, Tommy was very grateful for his immediate family and extended family at Westmount. His father, Thomas F. Lyons Sr., passed away Dec. 1961, and his mother, Ida C. Lyons, passed away September 1959. Survivors include one brother, Gerald "Jerry" Lyons, and his wife, Marianne, of Queensbury; one niece, Katherine Di Fiore and her husband, Christopher, of Clifton Park; a nephew, Todd Lyons and his fiancee, Lani Kusko, of Orlando, Fla., and one very special devoted nephew, Kevin Lyons and his wife, Sheri, of Clifton Park; also many devoted caregivers at Westmount. Friends are invited to call upon the family today, Sept. 30, from noon to 1 p.m. at Maynard D. Baker Funeral Home, 11 Lafayette St., Queensbury. A funeral service will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Joseph Anselment, retired pastor of the Church of Our Lady of Annunciation, Queensbury, officiating. Burial will take place at St. Alphonsus Cemetery, Queensbury, following the service. She was born Dec. 23, 1913, in Philadelphia, Pa., the daughter of the late Salvatore and Josephine (Giugonie) Giunta. Angeline was a south Florida resident since 1990, formerly residing in Queensbury. She retired from Troy Shirt Guild in Glens Falls after many years of service. Angeline was a very loving and caring mother and grandmother. She loved to shop and cook and enjoyed soap operas. She was also a great friend to everyone who knew her. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Earl McIntosh, who passed away in 1981. Her sisters, Rose Presutti, Lena Visalli, Grace Cardella, Mary Jendos, Esther Patrone, Josephine Profetta, and a brother Joseph Guinta, also predeceased her. Survivors include a sister, Stella Rodilico of Delran, N.J.; two sons,Thomas McIntosh of Queensbury, and Edward McIntosh and his wife Sandra, of Queensbury; daughters, Barbara DeGregory and her husband, Frank, of Palm City, Fla., Dolores Brown and her husband, Tom, of Kennewick, Wash., and Linda Ralston and her husband, Donald, of Queensbury; five grandchildren; eight great- grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, at Our Lady of the Annunciation Church, Aviation Road, Queensbury. Reynolds, 93, a longtime resident of Middle Grove, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005, at Maplewood Manor in Ballston Spa following a long illness. Born on Dec. 31, 1911, in Leeds, she was the daughter of the late James and Julia (Brandow) Burlett. Mrs. Reynolds attended school in Lake Luzerne. She married Harold G. Reynolds on Jan. 11, 1930. The couple resided in Middle Grove for many years. He died in February of 1985. Mrs. Reynolds worked at the ESPEY Co. in Saratoga Springs for many years until her retirement. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge of Middle Grove for several years, and was a member of the Middle Grove United Methodist Church for many years. She also enjoyed reading. Besides her husband and her parents, she was also predeceased by one daughter, Sheila Reynolds; four brothers, Frank Burlett, Joe Burlett, James Earl Burlett and Adelbert Daniels; and one sister, Ruth Burlett. Survivors include one son, Barry G. Reynolds and his wife, Dianne of Middle Grove; two brothers, Earl " Jim" Burlett and his wife, Alice of Lake Luzerne and Woodrow "Will" Burlett of Corinth; three sisters, Grace Morehouse and her husband, Ed, of Lake George, Frances Hayes of Lake Luzerne and Dorothy Westcott of Ballston Spa; three granddaughters, Corrie Deer, Jennifer Agnew and Sarah Martone; one grandson, Joseph Hanna; two stepgrandchildren, Jim Morris Jr. and Elaine Obie; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, at Densmore Funeral Home, Inc., 7 Sherman Ave., Corinth. Burial will be at Corinth Rural Cemetery. Scranton, a resident of Embury Apartments on Lawrence Street, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005, at Saratoga Hospital. He was 84. Born on Dec. 30, 1920, in Saratoga Springs, he was a lifelong resident and son of the late James and Ella (Kilbara) Scranton. Mr. Scranton was a graduate of Saratoga Springs High School and attended Russell Sage College, where he received a certificate in labor relations. He was a sergeant in the U.S. Army Air Force, serving in the 585th Air Materiel Squadron during World War II, where he was awarded the American Service Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. He was a life member and past commander of Gurtler Brothers Post 420 Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion Adirondack Post 70 and was a life member and past exalted ruler of Saratoga - Wilton B.P.O. Elks Lodge No. 161. Mr. Scranton worked for many years as a meat cutter for the A & P Co. and also served as a representative of the Amalgamated Meat Cutters Union. He retired after 15 years of service as commissioner of elections for Saratoga County and was a longtime member of the Saratoga Springs Republican Committee. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, an avid reader and also enjoyed playing golf. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Helen R. Scranton, who died on July 7, 2001; a sister, Anna Pettit ,and a brother, John Scranton. He is survived by his daughters, Kathleen Anderson and her husband, Michael, of Saratoga Springs, Eileen Coleman and her husband, John, of Saratoga Springs, Barbara Twiss and her husband, Fred, of Gansevoort and Joan Piscitelli and her husband, Robert, of Newtown, Conn.; seven grandchildren: Donald Flinton and his wife, Sophie, Sarah Murabito and her husband, Bill, John Coleman and his wife, Traci, Jeremy Barber and his wife, Kate, Jennifer Walters and her husband, Paul, and Francesca and Maria Piscitelli; three great-grandchildren, Zachary and Hannah Ennello and Olivia Barber; and a brother-in-law, Lewis Bleil. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 3, at St. Joseph's Church, Route 9N in Greenfield Center, by the Rev. Martin DeRose, Sacramental Minister. Burial with military honors will follow in the family plot at St. Peter's Cemetery on West Avenue. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday at William J.
