Kiley, Surrogate The Last Will and Testament of Cordelia Aldrich KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I Cordelia Aldrich, of Glens Falls, Warren County, New York, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made, that is to say: After all my just debts and funeral expenses are paid and satisfied, I give devise and bequeath to my executro hereinafter named, all of my property, both real and personal, in trust however, to manage and care for the same and to receive the rents, profits and income and pay the same to my brother William W. Andrews, as my said executor shall deem for the best interests of my said brother. If the income from my said property shall be insufficient, to care for my said brother, after such other income as he may have is used, I direct that my executor shal or may in his discretion, mortage or sell my said property and out of the income, either principal or interest, pay over to my said brother such amounts as my said executor shall deem best. After the death of my said brother, I direct that his funeral expenses be paid, if necessary, out of my estate and that the remainder of my estate be divided among my heirs at-law pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of New York. I hereby appoint Frank D. Morehouse, of Glens Falls, New York to be executor of this my last will and testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 2nd day of March, 1906. The foregoing instrument, consisting of one page twas on the date thereof, signed, sealed, published and declared by the testatrix, Cordelia Aldrich, to be her last will and testament in the presence of each of us, the undersigned, who thereupon at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other thereunto subscribed our names as subscribing witnesses thereto this 2nd day of March 1906.
